A Fun Day at Wisata Bahari Lamongan: From Sea Views to Thrilling Rides

If you're looking for a fun, affordable getaway with a seaside vibe, Wisata Bahari Lamongan (WBL) is the perfect choice. I just got back from there and I’m still buzzing from all the excitement—imagine riding roller coasters with the ocean right beside you! Let me tell you all about my day at WBL.

How to Get to Wisata Bahari Lamongan?

My trip started in Surabaya. I went with a few friends by car, and it took us around 2 hours to reach WBL, located in Paciran, Lamongan, East Java. The road was smooth and easy, especially with the northern coastal route connecting directly to Lamongan.

No car? No problem. You can take the train to Lamongan Station, then hop on a public minivan or an online ojek (motorbike taxi). You can also catch a bus from Surabaya to Tuban and get off at Paciran—right in front of the WBL entrance. Super convenient!

Tickets and Budget Breakdown

Let’s talk money—it’s pretty affordable, especially considering how many rides and attractions are included. Here's a rough breakdown:

  • Entrance ticket: IDR 85,000 on weekdays, IDR 100,000 on weekends/holidays
  • Motorcycle parking: IDR 5,000
  • Car parking: IDR 10,000
  • Food & drinks: Around IDR 15,000–40,000 per meal
  • Life jacket or boat rental: Starting from IDR 20,000

The entrance fee already covers a bunch of rides inside, so you can enjoy almost everything without paying extra.

What’s Inside WBL?

As soon as you enter, you’ll feel the seaside vibe. A giant fish statue greets you at the gate—definitely a must for photos! The park itself is massive, packed with fun water rides, exciting attractions, small museums, and family-friendly games.

Some of the highlights I tried:

  • Anjungan Wali Songo – A ship-like ride that makes you feel like an old-time sailor.
  • Jet Coaster & Drop Zone – Perfect for thrill seekers who don’t mind screaming their lungs out.
  • Istana Bawah Laut (Underwater Palace) – Great for kids and curious adults, featuring aquariums and marine education.
  • Texas City & Mirror Maze – Fun mini zones with cowboy vibes and brainy challenges.

What I loved most was how clean and well-maintained everything was. Even with lots of visitors, it never felt too crowded. There were plenty of shady spots and benches to chill. And don’t miss the sunset by the ocean—it’s absolutely stunning.

Tips & Tricks for Visiting WBL

To make your day more enjoyable and less exhausting, here are some quick tips:

  • Arrive early – So you have enough time to explore all the attractions.
  • Bring a change of clothes – Some rides will get you wet.
  • Wear comfy shoes – You’ll be walking quite a bit.
  • Bring your own dringking water – Even though there are plenty of food stalls, it's always good to stay hydrated.
  • Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat – The sun can get pretty intense, especially around noon.

Wisata Bahari Lamongan offers the perfect mix of amusement park vibes and relaxing beach scenery. Whether you’re going with family, friends, or just need a little solo escape, it’s totally worth the trip.

So, go ahead—add WBL to your travel bucket list! Who knows, we might bump into each other there ;)
